4. Liability and Damages

You are fully responsible for leaving the booked space in the condition it was in when you arrived. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the space. In the event of damage, ClipHaus reserves the right to charge your payment method on file for the cost of repairs.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed acceptance of the updated or modified Terms.
