To ensure a safe and professional environment for all our creators and clients, we maintain these standard guidelines across all spaces.
Your booking begins and ends at your scheduled time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals will not receive additional time, as we have other bookings to honour.
To make the most of your session, we encourage you to arrive with your outfit, makeup and styling already done. If you'll be using our dressing area, kindly factor that into your booking time. Alternatively, you can include the makeup room in your booking for N5,000/hour.
Your booking includes up to 5 people (including yourself). If you'll be coming with additional guests, kindly let us know in advance, as extra charges or approval may apply. Guests should only accompany the booked client(s) and should not interfere with other sessions, except of course you’re booking the entire studio for an event.
Each booking is reserved for the individual(s) who made the reservation. Please do not use one booking for multiple independent photoshoots or multiple clients.
Please treat our studio, furniture, décor and props with care. Avoid standing on furniture unless instructed. Do not drag furniture across the floor. Please return movable props to their original positions after use.
All equipment, props and furniture will be inspected before and after each session. Clients will be responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any item damaged through negligence or misuse.
Please dispose of waste properly. Food packaging, bottles, tissues and personal items should not be left behind. Let's keep ClipHaus beautiful for everyone.
Light refreshments are welcome. Please avoid meals, oily foods or anything that may stain furniture, fabrics or décor. Any spills should be reported immediately.
Studio equipment should only be used as instructed. If you're unsure how to use any equipment or props, please ask a member of our team for assistance.
Smoking, vaping and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises.
Pets are not allowed within the premises. Please keep all pets at home before coming for your session.
